Replacing coaches until you start winning is not the answer. There are players who will be glad to get out there and play for a lot less than these guys if given the chance. Start replacing the high paid players with players who want to and can play football but weren't given the chance. I think that is the solution.
Daniel Snyder, stop changing coaches...while we all loved having Coach Gibbs back, you can see that what he tried to do didn't work well either. Give the players the ultimatum, not the coaches. |
