That would make Cerrato less fireable during this offseason since they would have been working together during this season. Snyder gets his big name coach and then gets to keep his croney in the front office. Win-win for Snyder.

They've already worked together for 3 years in SF. It will be interesting because Shanny may be the one who has final call and sets the direction for the roster but has Vinny execute his plan.
