Smith might be a liability to Zorn. Zorn seems a little more grounded and he is still a young coach. But Smith seems like he has his head up his ass IMO.

Was there any coach on our team this season or last season that had success in the WCO period besides the old Seahawks QB coach that helped the QB's? That says a lot about this organization right there.
