When Smith came over from Tenn. Did they run the WCO? What made him qualified to be an OC? I mean seriously. Maybe this guy is the problem. He seems stubborn. Blache at least made some adjustments. Now the defense is playing better. If everyone executed -- all the teams would be Superbowl contenders. That's not the point.
You put your players in a position to be successful. Not be so prideful you expect everything you draw up will work. He has mainly worked as a running back coach his whole career. How does our running game look. I am beginning to not like this guy. We need to execute. But like running sweeps to the left. That's not us. We ran up the middle on the goal line. Smith might be a liability to Zorn. Zorn seems a little more grounded and he is still a young coach. But Smith seems like he has his head up his ass IMO.
