During the Gibbs 1.0 years no one can argue that those teams werent more talented, better coached, and had a greater sense of motivation than the current team or any team JC has been on. If I'm not mistaken Theisman usually had a 60% or 70% rating during the season. Compared to some of the others he always looked bad. But he got the job done, and yes they did have good coaching....which I think they are lacking.
