1) Concur with Schneed. Not just a lot of money but an amount that means money doesn't even exist within my mindframe anymore. Billions and billions.

2). The ability to stop time. It's the coolest superpower on Heroes and has been the ability that I have always wanted. You can do anything with it. There is almost nothing unachievable with the ability to stop time.

I only need 2...with those anything is possible. Although the everyone kind live forever is good.
