For me, our 1st, 3rd and a 2nd or 3rd next year would be a lot but not too much IF we can get at least a 3rd for Campbell. That would mean just a net loss of one pick.

Mortgaging the future would be trading any picks next season. Hey, if you can get up to 7 or 8 with your third round pick, and you really, really like this guy and you get a little bit lucky and falls, well then, be my guest. Just live in the bed when you make it.
No one has traded up into the top five since, gosh, I can't even remember. You don't want to be the team that breaks that streak.
