A federal Court will hear a appeal by the NFL, just a week before the 2004 draft. The appeal could make nine underclass men, including Maurice Clarrett and Mike Williams, ineligable. Pittsburgh's Larry Fitzgerld will be eligable for the draft no matter what. Check it out on espn.com
