I think the skins need to hire better scouts/player personnel b/c we drafted 10 people last year with 3 in the top 3 rounds, and only 1 had an impact last year (a 7th rounder). that's ridiculous.

This year we got 4 picks, and how much i'd LOVE to be able to trade down, Sheehan on espn 980 just brought up a good point. He said that teams don't like trading up into the top 15 now and days cause of the financial obligation they have to those players...

We need a player that will be able to start in 2009 and actually have an impact on the team such as an OLB, OL that will start (which would be interior or RT). And the more I think about it, Rinehart might not be the answer, b/c if we were having depth troubles last year, why wasn't Rinehart activated for more games? is it cause he might be a bust? If we draft OTs J. Smith or Oher, they would need to start at RT, and we'd have to slide Heyer to either starting LG if Rinehart is a bust/we can't find anyone else, draft a G/C in the 3rd round and hope they are good enough to start, but most likely they'll re-sign kendall not b/c of want, but b/c of need
