I know another major change sucks, but since it's bound to happen, why not now? As long as Danny is coach, change will be a constant with the Skins.

That was sort of the general consensus if memory serves. After Danny had 4 years w/ Gibbs I would have expected more maturity and competence so I guess I figured Danny had found a diamond in the rough. Zorn, I hoped, would have the kind of leadership quality we all saw from Gibbs but take the offense to a higher level. I think instead Danny found someone who sort of interviewed like a super optimistic yes-man: the exact opposite of Gregg Williams incidentally.
Snyder still strikes me as a total enigma. The ultra-successful typically have a great talent for recognizing talent, for prognosticating what others are capable of. Snyder appears to be the least perceptive "self-made man" in the country - he is absolutely ****ing terrible at recognizing/managing talent.
