I think Zorn has a future as a coach. Like another poster said, our problems lie with personnel. Zorn inherited this team, and as a first year coach, he's had great success with it. I give Zorn all the credit for JC's improvement.

That said, I wouldn't be opposed to hiring Cowher, because I think he'd have more influence over Snyder and Cerrato. However, if Zorn left and Cowher came in, I think JC's progression would be stifled. So, I wouldn't necessarily want to trade Zorn for Cowher. Ideally, I'd like to see Cowher as HC and Zorn stay as OC along with his offense.
