The only thing Rush Limbaugh is suggesting is that this endorsement is
based on race. Black guy supporting another black guy.

Perhaps Powell wants to redeem himself? Doesn't want to make the same mistake by endorsing a pro war implosive guy like McCain? I mean, he did walk away from the Bush administration after all. Nah, not sexy enough. This is pure unadulterated black racism.
