Thus the drastic ebbs and flows we went through during his second tenure. We're loose and having fun now (not to the arrogant extent of Cowgirls, but still). I think that makes a difference. Portis said it himself, under Gibbs it was always so tight, so serious, always all about not letting down this Hall of Fame hero.

I couldn't agree more. This team is vastly underrated in large part because they were handcuffed for the last 4 years.
