those ranking actually make a lot of sense... i think I like that formula a lot better than well, the bcs.

caps and wizards (average teams in weak divisions) are predicted correctly, nfl and ncaa rankings make sense (alabama #1, oklahoma #2, USC #3, florida all the way down to #11).

if the math works out historically that close to reality, then you've got something.
