Fletcher should be in the low to mid 90s. He is the heart and soul of the defense.
Springs should also be higher because he shut down bolden( Smoot gave up the TD).
Randle El is a good punt returner, he hasnt broken one so far this year but there is no way he is rated in the 70s.
