'Zona defense is ranked 7th, Denver's ranked 23rd. Shockey will create more mismatches than ARE this week. I'd go Shockey in the WR/TE flex spot.

Yeah, but they played San Fran in JT O'Sullivan's first start, and then last week they beat Miami. Not exactly challenging offenses to defend.
I'd probably say Shockey has a much better chance to score a TD, while ARE is likely to have more yards.
Brees and the Saints had a tough time getting the passing game going last week. The Skins knew they didn't have Colston and focused on keeping Shockey covered. Sean Payton loves to pass, and I think he'll find more creative ways to get the ball in Shockey's hands this week. Plus with Colston out, he's by far their best red-zone option with the pass. I think New Orleans' passing game is better than the Chargers, who torched the Broncos defense in Denver last week.
I believe the Redskins can definitely score 4 TDs this week, but I don't see ARE getting any of them. Campbell hit 9 different receivers last weekend, with Moss and Cooley being most frequently targeted. I think he'll have 50-60 yards, but no score.
I give the edge to Shockey for the greater potential to catch a touchdown.
