Well, Landry has "suicide mission" tatooed on his chest as a reminder of how to approach every game. Maybe Jacobs knows that and is alluding to it. Either way, when you truck someone to the extent Jacobs trucked Laron, you can talk a little smack. If you try to tackle Jacobs above the waist you are on a "suicide mission."
