From what I've read, Casserly can get neither the credit for taking Williams, nor the blame for passing on Bush because it was Bud Adams who wasn't willing to put up the big time money Bush was going to get as the #1 pick. So Casserly was only following the owners' orders.
Funny how quickly Reggie Bush fell completely out of the limelight. In New Orleans, they're all but certain he'll never be the prime RB -- McAllister is still the go-to guy.
