Washington does not need a GM.

Williams has been heavily involved with player aquisitions via draft and free agency for the past 4 years. (snyder and vinny)

When we drafted Sean Taylor a TE was also a need. Winslow was up and alot of us thought Gibbs would take a TE. Shows GW's influence.

He is an amazing talent evaluator on the defensive side and I'm sure that will translate well to the offensive side, as long as Al Saunders stays in the mix as well.
