If the injuries were that devistating we wouldn't have even been in most of those games.

Ok, we can't handle the truth. Bring in another coach, throw him in the same scenario as Gibbs and lets see how successful that coach is? I guarantee you that coach would fail miserably, no matter if he's Lombardi, Walsh, Cowher.
