Yes. We do. BUT, CRT does make a point. It IS the little things that make a difference in the bigger problems. If Smith did in fact flip off the other team, he should be reprimanded at least (he may have been, we don't know). Gibbs wants to, famously, "win with style", and, I believe, that is one of Gibbs motivational tools. Smith's actions may just be one small chink in that theory - but isn't EVERYONE supposed to be getting on board with doing the small things right?

Inappropriate conduct is unprofessional. Unprofessionalism loses games. Focus on the next punt return, the kick-off. You want to really flip'em off? Make a big play on special teams. That's what professionals do.
