While I'm at it, if any of you have a Citibank account, great on convenience...not so great on customer service. Without fail you'll get someone in Bombay who will put you on hold after verifying your SSN#, your birthdate, your mother's maiden name and shoe size while she was in grade school...it's ridiculous!!!

I can't think of one place nowadays where they don't put you hold, it's so annoying. I called my daughter on her cell phone, and she put me hold! I'm losing it!!!

Thanks for the laugh. What I hate is all this automated phone shit It takes 20 min to do somthing that should take 5. Just put me through to a live operator already!
