Hasselbeck is the guy I want to see given a real shot at the helm, but for right now, it would be better to start Ramsey. I think he needs to play himself out of the job or into it as the case may be. Gibbs should back Ramsey for the time being so he isn't looking over his shoulder.
I hope Ramsey succeeds. He does have a lot of talent and intelligence. I think that Gibbs will make the right choice about who to start.
