Not neccesarily. Depends on what they say he lied about.
They could catch him in lies that aren't crimes.
For example, if he tol the commish he never went to the house, but now he admits he went there x number of times, well that would be a lie, but not a crime.
In this case, I just don't see how any suspension against pac man can stick if they don't suspend MV.
