Joseph White, of The Associated Press, reports <A href="http://www.kffl.com/team/37/nfl">Washington Redskins head coach Joe Gibbs has decided to change the policy he has used for a long time. Gibbs made all of the team activities and practices voluntary until the mandatory minicamp in June. Gibbs said he would try anything to get an improvement from the 5-11 record in 2006. Some of the players who took advantage of the time off include RB Clinton Portis, FS Sean Taylor, WR Santana Moss and WR Brandon Lloyd.

No need to be making it into a big drama when the boss says its ok.
