while I agree w/your persepctive about keeping Springs in the starting lineup at cb, I would hardly say it's a "no-brainer" for the front office. They may have several good reasons why they have shopped him to other teams, or they may have pissed him off beyond repair by asking him to take a pay cut. I hope the relationship isn't a problem if he's to stay.
