You deserve better Chicago. They did such a good job builidng a team but now there cheap nature is coming back to bite them in the ass.

Not true. If I was in his position, I would have made most of the same moves Angelo did. I think he's a good GM.
One thing about him is that he is an extremely patient team builder. He will not trade up to 6 unless he thinks there is a player who can help their team. Theres no guarentee the Bears make this trade.
