Saying we're keeping a 1st rounder with the 31st pick is technically true. But it doesn't mean a hell of a lot. Going from 6 to 31 means we're giving up a ton of opportunity.

Well it dose mean something droping to 33 because the pick would get less money because he is not a first rounder! As for your post yes falling that far and not getting another pick seems short to me!
