think the Great One does this alot? who does it apply to now: Iffy? Rock? Ramsey?

personally i think Gibbs weighs alot more on player's intangibles (you know what i mean!) than any other coach. things like work ethic, dedication, intelligence etc. i'm not sure what flashy label or contract Mark Rypien ever had....

then again, he really wanted Brunell, and we all know Ramsey's ethic and dedication....
