I heard Marty was on the hot seat, but he may have bought himself a few years by drafting Rivers. If they aren't successful this season he can say it was because Rivers is a rookie and they take awhile to develop. That's his best shot at keeping the job. I think if he starts Brees he'll be fired because Brees is going to lose.
