Theres a lot to be optimistic about. Like 2004, it's not like most teams are blowing us out of the water. Weird things are happening, such as Ladell's fumble, and losing the coin toss (not so weird, but not in our control), and we come up on the short end. I believe that if we went into next year with not a think different roster-wise, I think we could have 3-4 more wins than we do now simply by giving it another go.

But if we want to be that domanent team, that defense can't make the '06 Rams look like the '99 Rams.
