Looking at the Skins coaching moves last year, is the plan of Gibbs leaving this team after year 5 still make sense?
Based on those coaching moves would Gibbs have to be a GM to make this year coaching moves stable for the Skins in the year after Gibbs retires?
Lot of talk about the stability Gibbs brings, but is there stability once he leaves or moves out of the heading coaching job?
Riggins on XXX radio (Dan Snyders station) asked these same questions to his in studio staff Friday Dec. 8th at 4:45 PM. He questioned the stability that Gibbs has brought or is bringing.
So, what stability is Gibbs bringing to the Skins for the future of this team?

You bring up a very good point. Most of us say, well, we need Gibbs to stick it out because we need to be in a stable situation or whatever. While I agree with that in principle, I'm not sure staying for five years for the sake of creating a stable environment is the solution either. Just to be clear, I'm not calling for Gibbs head, I'm just saying 5 yrs of losing will eventually put us back at square one anyway.
The only way for this to really be solved is winning. Gibbs has to turn this around in the next two years.
