As far as how likely it is the Skins get the first pick....
While there are a number of 3-6 teams, the only teams with a worse record right now:
TEN (2-7)
OAK (2-7)
DET (2-7)
TB (2-6)
ARI (1-8)
In essence, the Skins are only 2 games out of dead last.
