Momentum, confidence, and chemistry are a big deal. We lack these things right now, and that's a team quality. But good QB play can inspire the whole team to play better. He has the ball on every offensive sanp, and when he plays badly, everyone can see and loses confidence.
On D, even when they get a big stop, they know they'll be back out there in the same position (or worse) soon enough. It becomes tough to keep the fire going. And the big plays and lack of turnovers are completely demoralizing.
I put the blame on MB more than any other player, but I acknowledge that the whole team (from coaches to backup ST players) are preforming like dirt.
There's no magic bullet, but a QB change is in order at this point.
(Firing coaches is not the answer. We've got a good staff, but even a good staff can struggle. The only thing to do is to work through it.)
