It is costing more than that to build what I would assume is a smaller baseball stadium so $500 isn't out of the question at all. He'd have to unload FedEx which could be hard since it would become largely worthless without Skins and another huge stadium on the way. So you'd have to assume the stadium would end up going bye-bye and the land subdivided. That would probably bring a pretty penny considering the size. Probably enough to unload his debt on it. He certainly could get the money to build a new stadium though. I would think he'd try for city help but could pull it off on his own.
