I guess you're right, but Rumph should be progressing faster since he's been playing in the league a little while longer. There's not a lot of second year CB's that get thrust into the #1 role at the start of the season. I think Rogers doesn't believe himself that he is ready which is making his play suffer.
As for Rogers dropping INT's, I wouldn't complain too much about that. #28 probably would have had over a 100 INT's in his career if he had better hands.
