It's true, money doesn't buy happiness, unless this is some sick, twisted way to get back into the news, which really could be possible for this egomaniac.
There's probably a reason he brags so much, because he's insecure. It's VERY possible. Many times, the people who appear to be the happiest and most successful people are hurting the most inside. He does have an incredibly inflated ego, it almost has to be artificial.
If he was just looking for media attention, it worked.
I hope he gets help if he truly needs it though.
Strange story.
As for the report on TSG, many police cars now use laptops to take reports rather than paper forms. The cop may scribble some notes onto a notepad but then will enter the report into the laptop when he gets back to the car. TSG has always been reliable and it doesn't have to be written in pen to be an official report. Notice it does say "NARRATIVE 01 SCREEN" on the top. It's an automated report.
