Video isn't permitted, but you can bring a regular camera for still shots.

I wasn't there for Fan Day last year, but after the regular practices, you'll generally see 4 or 5 players making their rounds along the rope line signing autographs. But if you want to get a bunch of autographs, I'm sure the Fan Day thing is the way to go.
