Another good thing one can draw from this, is that we may not be a solid football town in the recent past bc the team had not been doing well. Thats why last year we saw so many "bandwagon" fans come out of nowhere. It is a simple fact that when a team does better in one area, that area has more fans for that team. I mean how many serious texans fans are out there? Most people in Texas will pick Dallas, bc they are successful. I can support the facts brought up by BMitch, I was at the skins vs. eagles game at FedEX two years ago, and there were ALOT of philly jerseys, not a majority, but almost pushing over 25-30 percent, which is not good. Hopefully our teams recent success will make those numbers go down, by increasing Skins fan attendence. Now saying that bc there are alot of other jerseys in the stadium, means this is a bad football town or whatever, might be streching it. I think alot of that has to do with the fact our team hasnt been playing well in the past.

This was part of his point, but he was adamant about the quote I posted at the beginning of the thread. He made the comment, Bram stopped him and repeated what he had just said sarcastically, and Brian Mitchell reaffirmed. Again, I'm in no position to judge since I wasn't at the game, but I can't believe its accurate.
When was the last time we didn't sell out? I'm pretty sure we were selling out even during the lean 2000-2004 seasons.
