I argee with you, he isnt going to be as amazing as he was in college, plus I think the Texans really need a defensive player, rather than another back. In my eyes this does make sense. Now I dont know if they tried to trade down, because that may have been the right thing to do in this case, so they still get Williams, and something more out of it.
