I'm with Sheriff and Jamf on this one. Besides, when is the last time you used your hamstring to bench that 225 lbs barbell? Slow times are one thing, but there's no excuse for not staying in shape in your upper body.
And, how "out of shape" was Steve Smith when he came back from a broken leg? If you have the right work ethic, you can find a way to eat right and stay in shape. He's making excuses.
