It's gotta be Dockery. The Skins are pretty thin on O-line even with Dockery in the fold. If they had lost him, they'd be hurting bad. I know a lot of people think Dockery's not that good, but he's a lot better than any other guards on the roster-- outside of Thomas-- and he's probably just as good as anybody they could have signed to replace him. I still think he's developing as a player, and the longer he works with Joe Bugel, the better he'll get.
Chris Clemons is a close second in my opinion. With the loss of LaVar, the Skins needed another OLB who's familiar with Williams's system. Clemons is another guy I think will only continue to get better. I'm looking forward to seeing him develop into a starter on this defense.
