I think they'll let it ride.
I think Cooley is valuable to our team, but he is not above the team.
Gibbs has put that back in perspective in the NFL and changed the way owners and coaches view individual players. Same goes for Andy Reid and John Gruden as well as league commish Paul Taligbue.
