Unfortunately out of staters' can't get the Skins plates or I'd already have mine. When I was stationed in Norfolk from 82 thru 8 I had Va plates:
FMF SSO (Fleet Marine Force Special Security Office) and vice versa
SSO FMF. I loved being in Skins country!!!!
Home is Tucson though!!!
