That said, as a neutral observer and football fan, the move vastly improves their WR situation. I hate the guy, but given their terrible WR corp., they now have something they simply didn't before: a legit #2 WR.

These people down here are considering this one of their best free agent pickups in franchise history. I am not joking!! That is all that was on the radio down here yesterday and today. Yesterday it was he's at the airport, at the stadium, there negotiating we'll break in if he signs or any news. Its freaking horrible when you get that excited of a guy with his baggage.
