I was saying that with no CBA the Eagles would have been the only team that could have acquired some quality free agents. At the same time the Redskins would be cutting people and taking a step backwards. With the CBA the Redskins can add even more talent than they had last year and prevent the Eagles from taking over the division. Yes this gives the Eagles even more room but the Redskins don't have as many holes to fill to take themselves to the next level.
