RedskinRat, I completely understand that and would expect that to be true, but in time. For King to say that this new discipline that Coughlin is bringing will translate into wins for NY faster than Gibbs will is a pipedream. In time it could, but the premise of the article was to debate about who would produce wins faster.
Even with a new found sense of purpose, I don't think the players the Giants have at the skill positions will be able to translate that to wins in a hurry. I especially don't see it happening quickly since he is bringing in such strong discipline and it'll take him a year or two to get "his" guys. We've already seen evidence of that.
