Yes, but Gibbs has alway's done the playcalling.
Back in the 80's if you asked football people what was Gibbs greatest strength at coach, they would say his ability to surround himself with the right coaches, set aside his playcalling abilities, most would say he's alway's been able to bring in the right coaches to make the team run properly.
Signing G. Williams up just showed Gibbs still was very sharp in knowing what he needed, although I felt Martz would be the perfect guy for our offense, none the less Gibbs knows what we have on offense isn't working, and guess what he's right on top of it. Saunders is another coach like Martz out of the Coryell system, ALA Gibbs, sounds like a great signing if we can make it happen.
