My biggest concern in this is far off on the numbers they are. Like 18 million annually. If Terry gets greedy or Peters balks at his demands this may not get done. Frustrating. |
I cannot imagine that they're off by $18M/yr, if that's what your note indicates. Most estimate that he's looking for ~$30M, and if we're only offering $12M, he should tell us to suck it. In fact, that number would be so insultingly low, it's hard to imagine we can get things on track. But I cannot imagine that's where the parties are here.
