Needs in tiers

QB - tier 1

OT/CB - tier 2

Edge/S/G - tier 3

TE tier - tier 4

BPA can change when you get to tier 3 You obviously cannot neglect QB and OT and to a slightly lesser extent CB. Forbes and BSJ might be elevated with coaching but they might be complete disasters.
